Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 19, 2026
Last Updated: August 19, 2026

UpLiquidation FZC ("UpLiquidation," "UP," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly and transparently. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, disclose, store, and protect personal information when you visit UpLiquidation.com, submit an inventory request, browse supplier profiles, or use our B2B marketplace services.

Data Controller: For purposes of applicable data protection law, UpLiquidation FZC generally acts as the controller of personal information collected directly through UpLiquidation.com.
01

1. What UpLiquidation Does

UpLiquidation operates a marketplace, comparison, research, supplier-discovery, and lead-generation platform for the liquidation, wholesale, surplus, closeout, customer-return, and secondary-market merchandise industries.

Our Platform allows buyers to compare liquidation companies, view verified profiles, research categories, and submit requests relating to inventory availability, pricing, shipping, or pickup options. UpLiquidation generally does not sell inventory directly.

02

2. Information We Collect

A. Buyer Information: When submitting an inquiry, we collect first and last name, email, phone number, business name, city, state, ZIP code, approximate budget, inventory types (pallets, truckloads, boxes), merchandise categories, retailer preferences, and purchase timeframes.

B. Supplier Information: When companies apply to be featured, we collect business name, website, warehouse addresses, years in business, inventory scope, order volumes, and authorized representative contact details.

C. Communications: We maintain records of emails, feedback, support messages, and form submissions for quality control and compliance.

D. Technical & Device Data: IP address, device type, browser, referring URLs, pages visited, and session cookies are automatically collected to optimize security and platform usability.

03

3. Information We Do Not Intentionally Request

Sensitive Information Notice: Buyer forms do not request Social Security numbers, government IDs, bank credentials, credit card numbers, medical data, or biometric information. Please do not submit sensitive personal data through standard inquiry forms.
04

4. How We Use Personal Information

We use personal data to operate the marketplace, understand buyer sourcing requirements, match buyers with appropriate liquidation suppliers, send confirmation updates, prevent fraudulent activity, and enforce our Terms of Service.

05

5. Legal Basis for Processing

Where applicable data protection laws require a legal basis, we process information based on your consent, steps taken at your request toward a commercial transaction, performance of contractual commitments, and compliance with statutory legal obligations.

06

6–8. Buyer Matching, Request Sharing & Compensation

6. Matching Process: When you submit a request through "Get Inventory & Pricing", it is submitted to UpLiquidation first. Submission from a particular company profile does not mean your request will be delivered exclusively to that company; we evaluate multiple relevant suppliers.

7. Disclosing Inquiries: We share your contact and inventory needs with vetted liquidation suppliers who can service your request regarding availability, freight quotes, and wholesale pricing.

8. Commercial Operations: UpLiquidation receives compensation from suppliers for lead-generation, featured placements, and advertising. We do not sell data to unrelated data brokers for mass marketing. Where certain state privacy laws broadly define "sale/sharing" to include commercial referrals, we honor all statutory opt-out rights.
09

9. Your Privacy Choices & Opt-Outs

Users may submit requests to opt out of certain disclosures or marketing processing by emailing [email protected]. We recognize recognized browser opt-out signals, including qualifying Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.

10

10–14. Data Governance, Cookies & Service Providers

10. Supplier Obligations: Suppliers receiving lead data are bound to use it solely for legitimate customer follow-up and must not resell or publicly disclose buyer information.

11. Service Providers: Trusted cloud hosting, email delivery, CRM, and analytics partners process data under strict confidentiality terms.

12–13. Cookies & Analytics: We use essential, functional, and analytics cookies to secure sessions and measure site performance. Users can adjust cookie preferences in their browser.

14. Payment Data: Paid supplier subscriptions are processed through certified PCI-compliant payment gateways; UpLiquidation does not store full payment card numbers.

15

15–19. Processing, International Transfers & Security

15. Automated Matching: Algorithms assist in categorizing buyer volume and supplier availability without producing discriminatory legal effects.

16. International Transfers: UpLiquidation FZC operates from the UAE, with servers, suppliers, and buyers located across the United States and globally. Transfers use recognized legal safeguards and data agreements.

17–19. Retention & Security: We retain information as long as necessary for active buyer inquiries and statutory tax records. We deploy encryption, access controls, and incident response measures.

20

20. Your UAE Privacy Rights

UAE Personal Data Protection Law: UAE residents have statutory rights to access personal data, request correction of inaccuracies, request deletion in qualifying circumstances, restrict processing, object to direct marketing, and request data portability by contacting [email protected].
